HOWIE SCHULMAN

Howard, a native New Yorker who relocated to the Boston area in 1984, has a diverse background in sales and marketing. He began his real estate career in 1986 in Brookline, Newton, Allston-Brighton and surrounding communities of Greater Boston and Metrowest. He specializes in the sale and marketing of all types of residential real estate – single family & multifamily properties, condominiums and luxury properties. His knowledge of the real estate market coupled with his attention to details and his ability to listen attentively to his client’s needs, wants and desires have contributed to his success. Howard goes the extra mile to make sure the buying and selling process is a pleasant experience for all parties involved and is completely focused on getting his clients from where they are to where they want to be. He prides himself on his reputation for honesty, integrity & professionalism and enthusiastically enjoys working with both Sellers and Buyers.

Howard joined RE/MAX First Realty in 1989 and is a member of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. He has remained with the company through its merger with RE/MAX Leading Edge and the now as Leading Edge Real Estate. Howard is an Alumni of Wilkes College, and is the proud father of a Marine son who works as a general contractor and a daughter who is a graphic artist. In addition to real estate, his passions include photography and numismatics (coin collecting) as well as deep sea fishing.
